Can you get an annulment after six years ? Marriage was in Colorado, but I currently reside in FL

    First question is, are you Catholic? If so, there are many reasons to grant an annulment. Otherwise, you get a divorce. How long have you been separated? etc...many factors when considering annulment.

    • No I am not Catholic. We have been seperated since 1995, we were together less than a year. I was only 17 but I had gotten my parents to sign for me.

    • In that case, you need to file for divorce. Much cheaper and quicker than an anulment.
