Help answer this question below.

The electric mirrors on my 2002 windstar do not work. There's voltage on the plug when disconnected, but it's minimal when connected. I hear a relay clicking some where but can't find it. Should I repl

    first u have to take apart the handrest where the switch is. then u rewire the red wire with da bue wire. then put the handrest back on
