How to report illegal interview questions. a prospective employer asked my age!

    there is nothing wrong with that question, nor is it illegal. if you look to be younger than you are, he is legally allowed to ask your age, especially if you are applying for a job that has interactions with alcohol. dont take offense, he is just doing a thorough job.

    • Nope! He is not legally allowed to ask that question! He can ask if you are at least 18 (the legal age to sell alcohol but not poor it) but he cannot ask your age. You could be discriminated against and it IS illegal.
