Your problem is not feet but nerves that are in your feet. Podiatrist are not nurologists. Feet and hands contain the most complex nervous systems that require extra vigilence and special treatment when things go wrong. Nerves have to negotiate among bones, ligaments, sinovial fliud and layers of membranes. Don't make it grave. Consult a nurologist specializing in hands and feet.

You're reading I have nerve problems in my feet. My podiatrist recomended that I try capsaican pepper lotion for me feet. I tried it and my feet were on fire all night. Is that normal - should I try it again?

Thank you - I have been to a neurologist - but they said they cannot help me - never knew one can specialize in hands and feet.
