Math problem: A woman is expecting a baby. 50/50 chance it's a girl. .05% chance it's mentally challenged. What is the chance that it's a mentally challenged female?

    Well... there is an even chance that a mentally challenged baby is either a boy or a girl. Since in total there is a .05% chance of a mentally challenged child, there is a .025% chance that it is a girl because that is half of .05%. Is that right?
