Shouldn't all healthy people be organ donors?

    Why not, when we pass they are going to remove & dispose of most organs anyway so if I've got something that someone else can use to be healthier & live longer take what you need(after I'm gone of course). I'm all for recycling my body parts but thats MY personal choice, each to their own with this topic. I could be wrong but don't they throw away most of your organs anyway? I would rather someone worthy(not a politician for the 4th time receiving his 4th liver transplant because he won't quit drinking though) be able to use something I've got to live longer & healthier & be with their families. I'm not going to need them
