I suspect the readers of the transcript would merely lower their opinions of you and perhaps even find justification in her decision to cheat.
As for the legality, that might come into question if she were to suffer financial loss or even mental distress due to your distribution of the material. She could file a civil suit. She might not get anywhere with it, but you would likely have to retain an attorney in order to answer and defend yourself.
