What's niggeritis?

1) There is a German proverb saying:
"nach dem Essen soll man ruhn oder tausend Schritte tun (Prov) after a meal one should either rest or take some exercise"

This means that after a good meal, you have two good options: either you take a rest or you do some exercise (walk 1000 steps).


2) "niggeritis" refers to this: it is the feeling that you get after a good meal, that it would be good to have a little nap.

Moreover, this word includes racist stereotyping: it is supposed to be a bad thing, that particularly "niggers" allegedly often do: eat too much, and then go to sleep.
