Is there a method of cooking chicken to prevent it from tasting too dry?

    I am not an experienced cook, but I just recently found a recipe that suggests cooking the chicken with lemons juice on the chicken skin. I tried it and it was very moist and had a little tang. I did season it my traditional way, but the lemon juice changed the moisture content.
