Help answer this question below.

Some bloke took the trouble to answer a philosophical Q of mine to inform me that there's only one God. But most Christians I know say there's three Gods. And many eastern religions believe in a slew of Gods. So how many Gods are there?

    Well, HungryGuy, we can all give you our opinions 'til you're 'blue in the face' & sick to death of hearing it all, OR you could do a bit of good ol' research... ie.- Does your 'HungryGuy' moniker have more to do with your Q or with your gut? If the former, you might start with what "the Big 3" say about "their god" (Judaism, Islaam, & Christianity). OR, if reasoning it out isn't your style, you could always take the "who has the most power" route (the "pray to each for a month" thing & see which one answers you---but if you do this one, just make sure the prayers line up with how each religion teaches how to pray to their god, or you're guaranteed to not get an answer from that one... ) I know where I'm at in all of this. Hope you'll know where you're at by the time your #'s up. All the best to you!
