Yes, she can. It's unusual, but not impossible. Actually this is why a lot of women don't realise they're pregnant.

I have had unprotected sex and at the beginning of this month I felt as if i was having some symptoms of pregnancy. I took two home pregnancy tests and they both came out negative. Today was the day I was supposed to start my period, and today I did begin to bleed a little, but it is very light and there is a bit of what looks to be a discharge.
I dont know what to do, im on the pill and Im worried that Im pregnant. Im only 16 and my mom will kill me if I am.
Is there any way that I could get a blood test without a parents content?? Please someone answer back to this soon
