According to doctors one can live 4 to 6 weeks without food, and about 9 days,if the temperature is moderate, less if it is too cold or hot. Many people have fasted(not eaten for 30 days for health reasons) and I have fasted for up to 10 days without food myself.

I suspect drinking ones own blood/ urine is the same as not drinking at all, since the rate of loss through sweat wont change, regardless. So being able to eat hair etc is irrelevant, since dehydration would kill first.

    • Many survivors of collapsed buildings,or trapped underground survived by drinking their own urine.
