When you have a cold/flu and a fever, is it better to keep the room warm or cool? I prefer the room to be about 75F normally.

    You want to keep your body working optimally to fight the virus. As long as you are not cold and your body is not working to heat itself up, that temperature is fine. 80 might be a bit better.
