Do you think most diet plans work?

    I think if a person is willing to lose weight, and stick to eating less calories, I think that works. Don't think diet plans have a special magical quality to them.:) It all depends on the motivation of the individual person to eat differently........not the certain plan.

    • I agree, working in a book store for as long as I have I can tell you diet fads come and go. There is the Atkins, South Beach, Cabbage, Pineapple, Fat buster, Philips, Fat burning, Austin, Lindsey, Rosy, and many more fad diets. Some work some work with disastrous results. Whether for health or appearance I think the best way to do it is see a doctor and get his expert opinion on what is best for you. The other option you have is to learn to love your self the way you are and understand if someone does not like you that way then they are really not worth knowing. Just a thought on my part.
