Don't waste your time with any of that kind of stuff or anything that does not involve all the drugs on offer.

Modern pain relief is fantastic - have as much as you are allowed as often as you are allowed. Trust me, forget the accupressure and any other drug free birth. It won't be helpful at all - in fact when the time comes you'll be lucky if you can even feel accupressure let alone find it helpful.
