Help answer this question below.

I was forced to retire, have been trying to get 401k money for 2 month. The HR depa. says it was sent to bank as a direct rool over. Bank says it has never received any funds.

Get proof from bank that cheque was not deposited and get yourself a good lawyer. HR sounds crooked.
