You're reading If I have to read a non-fiction book for an advanced english class, should I read a biography on John Lennon or Jack Kerouac?

Thanks alot. The "have to" just kind of slipped out. I usually prefer fiction, but the choices of Jack and John were completely my own, I think they're both brilliant people and I'd love to read more about them, I just don't know how to decide on which of the two.

Personally, would concentrate on Kerouac because he is lesser-known
