Help answer this question below.

Can these symptoms be caused by panic? : Shortness of breath and dull pain all over chest during inhalation yet NOT becoming more breathless when I exercise. Dizziness and extreme feeling of tiredness and daydreaming?

    Yes all of those symptoms can be linked to anxiety. But they can also be caused by other conditions. Contact your doctor.

    • Thankyou for your answer. I have come to the conclusion that it might be a chest infection or chest cold and that my anxiety is making it worse than it is. I have only had it 2 days and it seems to have got bad quickly but its not getting any more worse now. I will keep an eye on it and see the doctor if it gets worse or doesnt go away.
