If by "chicken dance" you meant, "funky chicken dance" then:
The Funky Chicken is a novelty dance invented by Rufus Thomas in 1969. It involves acting like a chicken; flapping your 'wings' and flailing your legs around. It is hardly used today due to being "out of date", although some people view it as "delightfully retro."
