    My Wife has problems with a clitoris which does not engorge during sexual stimulation, Viagra is for her a great boon as the increased blood flow causes her clitoris to enlarge and also the increase blood flow to the vaginal area increased lubrication. My Wife is an exception but there are women who can benefit, talk to your gynecologist and or doctor and make sure no other problems might be causing this. I agree only take with the knowledge of your doctor and keep him or her informed of any problems or benefits.
