Help answer this question below.

If you traveled back in time an hour ago and met yourself would you have met yourself already before you went back in time, since that was going to happen in the future or would it never have happened to you until you went back in time?

Yes I would meet myself because my previous self would be a hour from preparing to leave. But if the future me came to me it makes me wonder would the past me be somehow prepared now you got me confused
