What is the safest method of non-hormonal birth control? i have tried several pills, the patch, and the nuva ring and had horrible physical and emotional reactions to every single one. i CANNOT get pregnant, though. help!!

Get your tubes tied. Otherwise talk to your Gyno. There are always new things coming out.
