What is the safest method of non-hormonal birth control? i have tried several pills, the patch, and the nuva ring and had horrible physical and emotional reactions to every single one. i CANNOT get pregnant, though. help!!

How about the IUD? No hormones, it's permanently inserted into the uterus and it doesn't have any major side effects
