i think America has enjoyed a rich history of immigration. The "Melting Pot", where people from all over come together and offer a little bit of their culture to America and accept America's mixed culture are their own, is a lost concept.

I think people would accept today's immigration if they, especially the latin and south american immigrants, would accept our culture more. There are too many "pockets" of immigrants where "their" culture is not only dominant, but the only culture.

I believe anyone here illegally should be deported. I have too many friends from other countries that have jumped though hoops to get the right documentation in order to stay in the US. I know whole families that had to move back because the parent with the job lost it and the family's visas were through the work visa.
