The thing that makes Red Bull what it is is the high caffeine content. Most doctors agree that large amounts of caffeine are not good for pregnant women and should be avoided.

A can of Red Bull has 115.5 mg of caffeine per can, about the same a a cup of drip coffee. For a beverage it ranks the highest among drinks.

Here is a link that provides the caffeine content of major beverages.

As with anything that a pregnant woman wishes to introduce into her system during their pregnancy, her doctor should be consulted.
