Read my mind on that one! It would do alot of damage to the infrastructure of the earth's crust let alone economy! There would be a global cooling, even a mini-ice age if that thing went full blown!

The last time a supervolcano blew was 74,000 years ago in Java. It reduced the population of the earth to 7,000 people. If I was America I want to be finding a way to vent that supervolcano off.
