That's only if you accept the Oxford Hypothesis (Marcan Priority). The assumptions on which that hypothesis depends, however, have been falsified by historical and anthropological research into Near Eastern "Sacred Story" traditions. And Papias, writing around 105 says matter of factly that Matthew wrote first, Luke second, and Mark third, and that Mark was essentially a trancription of Peter's Gospel account, told/written down circa 64-65 during the Neronian persecution.
