Who is the wrost serial killer?

The most deranged one that comes to mind was the BTK Killer. But, in history there was recently some Russian serial killer. I think he killed and tortured 50 people or something. I don't know his whole story - or even half of it - but I saw a Top Ten Serial Killers program on the history channel and he was #1.

not sure its a list you wanna be top of but hey if it floats you boat .. but i am sure the list is wrong in the uk we had a dr called shipman who it appears may of killed over 300 people

I saw the story about #2 on the list. Those guys were demented and sadistic. #9 Dean Corll they suspect him of killing far more than that. They had so much trouble catching him because he never raped or left any form of evidence.
