What do you eat for dinner on Christmas eve?

    Im not having a fancy meal on Christmas eve this year because i need to save money but sometimes i have fish on Christmas eve. Gravelaxe I often have which is what people eat in norway for christmas eve and its thin strips of raw fish chemically cooked in lemonjuice dill and spices.

    • In Norway gravelax is very seldom eaten on Christmas eve. Norwegians usually eat ribs or salted and dried sheep. Gravelax is often eaten for breakfast before and during the holidays.
