Baptists do not really have major customs at all. The Bible tells us to stay away from man-made traditions. Baptists do observe communion, the ressurection of Christ, and the birth of Christ. Baptist beliefs are modeled from the teachings of the Bible and Jesus Christ. The most important custom practiced by Baptists is the importance of fellowship in Gods house in worshiping the Lord. One thing that Baptists differ from then alot of other Christian denominations is that Baptists do not believe in infant baptism and practice full submersion rather than just a sprinkling.
