True, or that just wont' go away. I've had one that I can reach easily, on the top of my foot, but for some reason I can't get rid of it or ever scratch it hard enough.

Knowing nothing about this you want to ask either a doctor or nurse about that if ongoing. Can't say I would have any particuler concern, it's just that I believe that everything is a indication of something; often something that really doesn't matter.
