"Kaddish" [as it's generally transliterated into English] is the name of four different prayers in the liturgy, "magnifying and sanctifying the great name of God":

Chatzi Kaddish: The "Half Kaddish" is the "core" of the Kaddish.

Kaddish Yatom: The "Mourners' (literally, actually, "Orphan's") Kaddish" is recited generally at the end of a service, and in a house of mourning, by the mourners, as an affirmation of the greatness of G-d.

Kaddish d'Rabbanan: The "Rabbis' Kaddish" actually refers not to "ordained" rabbis, but to all teachers, esp. of Judaism and Halakha.

and, Kaddish Shalem: The "Complete (or "Whole") Kaddish". Where they are found in the service can easily be found in any Siddur [Jewish prayerbook].

The wikipedia article can be found at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kaddish ...something the wikipedia article does not mention is that the recitation of kaddish requires a minyan, altho it is mentioned in the wiki definition of minyan :-) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minyan

The Orthodox Union has an excellent presentation on the Mourners' Kaddish, including transliteration and translation, at http://www.ou.org/yerushalayim/kadish.htm :-)
