Why do guys get sympathy pains when they hear about someone getting kicked in the testicles?

This is quite similar to what girls feel when they hear about someone's breasts or butts being grabbed by unknown guys in party or disco theques or crowd. This has to do with we having sense of sympathy for our own gender as well as our own bad experiences about the same- in case of guys getting kicked on testicles and in case of girls getting their breasts or butts pinched or squeezed in crowded places like college party dance session.
