If a basketball is thrown by player A and it hits the body of player B who is standing with both feet out of bounds, is the ball out on player A or B? (the NBA rule is not clear, please clarify)

Jason Terry of the Dallas Mavericks mentioned a couple of seasons ago that he would like to see the ban on wristbands lifted. I didn't realize there was such a ban. I see all sorts of forearm bands, but only the little rubber wrist bands. Is this true?

When it comes to retired Jersey numbers in the NBA, do the players who wore the number own the "rights" to that number after the Jersey number is retired?

If a player has posesion of the ball as hes runnin up the sideline,gets off balance,steps out of bounds(w/out touching the ball out of bounds and the ball is still bouncing in bounds)can the player regain posesion after gettin both feet back in?link pleas
