Help answer this question below.

My car 1993Fiat Tempra1.6S. Upon running the engine cooling water temp.increased increadably in a way pushing to stop it. Also even the gauge temp.is very high radiator fan did'nt run&radiator temp. is normal by hand touching.What is cause/shooting steps?

You could have a broken thermostat, or broken fan. If fan broken temperature goes up if driving slow. If driving fast it goes down. Change thermostat, it's not hard and it sounds like it

Overheating 1999 Rav4, fans behind radiator are not be running when car is on and temp gauge is high. Fuses look good,res. coolant tank level isn't going down, coolant disappears from radiator, no leaks/puddles are visible under car. What's next to check?
