Help answer this question below.

Short stack P1 is "all in". P2 & P3 "call" to form (Pot1). P3 puts P2 "all in" to form a side pot (Pot2). P1 has best hand & takes (Pot1). Does P2 & P3 split the side pot (Pot2)??? or does the better hand out of P2 & P3 take the side pot (Pot2)?
