My sister's boyfriend hits my sister and she is 6 months pregnant should i tell someone

Heck yeah! Whether she is pregnant or not she shouldn't be getting smacked around by her boyfriend. The fact that she is pregnant makes it doubley worse if that's at all possible.

Call someone right away or give her information for a shelter that she can go to. You can only call when it happens, not with allegations unless she is a minor and you can tell her parents who can press charges on the boyfriend.

If she's 18 or older, it is her responsibility to report it as well or to at least corroborate your allegations.

Sometimes at this point all you can do is tell her it isn't right when it happens and help her, go with her, to report it. Also help her develop her own self esteem. If she doesn't value herself, she will not see her as deserving better. She needs to believe that she is worth more than her abusive boyfriend leads her to believe she is.

i talked to her last night and she said its her life and htat i need to saty out of it. well i don't think she relazies that she is talking care of two people no not just her self anymore its so hard
