Why does my co-worker always giggle or laugh when she says something? Is it nerves? Can she stop it?

OMG it happens to me too, there is a lady at the office who laughs with EVERYTHING it gets me really crazy. It is not that I am a misserable person but I can not laugh with every single world that is coming out of my mouth.
