How can my ex boyfriend get over me so easily and quickly?

they don't get over you quicker and in an easier fashion. it takes guys a longer time to process emotional issues/situations in their life. they go on with their work and friends and going out like "business as usual" because that's how they're wired. it's not them being cold, callous and uncaring. after the break up sinks in and he realizes you're gone, i'm not sure that they're emotional heart ache runs deeper, but they definitely feel it, but they're not women so, they may not openly cry or run to their best mates for hugs and support. they deal by putting their energy towards working out, drinking, playing video games or whatever. this is how they process it and then eventually figure out how to solve the problem. i hope this helps :)
