    My boyfriend an I ate at this place in Baton Rouge, The Superior Grill, and the service was down right unconstitutional.

    We had to wait a very long time before the waiter came to take our order. Then when he finally came he was rude to us. We should have left then; but, it was busy so we chalked it up to that.

    We waited and waited. The people around us who came in after us were already finishing with their meals when we decided to ask what was up. The waiter said they were waiting to bring out our order at the same time. I ordered nachos and my boyfriend ordered steak, medium.

    When the food came out my nachos were coagulated and his steak was cold and under done. Neither one of us got the side orders we wanted.

    When we told the waiter our orders weren't what we wanted he said, "Do you want to speak to the manager." I thought that was rude. So, I said yes. The manager came in and when we told him the problem he said, and I am not kidding," I knew you would try to get off with out paying when you came in."

    I was jaw dropping shocked. I never had that kind of experience before or since. He assumed that because we were an inter-racial couple that we would try to get out of paying the check. I'm still amazed that something like that could happen in today's society. Sadly, it still does.

    • If it is a franchise place I would send a letter to headquarters. That is just ridiculous!

    • It isn't a franchise and I'm not sure if it is still open. This was years ago.
