Did you look out this morning and the sun was gone, turned on some music to start your day, lost yourself in a familiar song, closed

Bought 2 RCA M4008A. Came with Yahoo Jukebox software and Jukebox now doesn't function. Suggests Rhapsody which constantly encounters errors. Any suggestions on how I can transfer music from my pc? My pc is using Win XP, other is using Vista.

There is an issue with XP recognizing the M20...Has it worked for you in the past or is this a first attempt?
Make sure XP is up to date.
Make sure you are using WMP 10 or better.
If you have all the required software and are still getting an error message when you connect your MTP player, we suggest you verify that the player is set to MTP if a protocol menu is available on your player. This can usually be found under the Advanced tab in the player's Settings menu. If the player is set to MSC (Mass Storage Class) mode, it will show up as a drive letter, and you will not be able to take advantage of the new Microsoft features associated with MTP, such as subscription downloads. If the player shows up correctly in MSC mode, but will not work in MTP mode, you may also want to re-install the Windows Media Player 10 software directly from the Microsoft website.
