Help answer this question below.

I have an engineered wood floor that is only a year old. Recently i noticed it is starting to rise so when i walk on it i have the effect of walking on waves ! What's going on?

    It is possible that you did not leave enough space between the edge of the flooring and the wall. When the floor is warm or more humid out it will expand, if it is hitting a wall it has no where to go except up.It will kinda bubble lifting at the seams. You may be able to sole it by removing the trim and checking the side you ended with. If it is hitting the wall, remove those pieces and trim about 1/4 inch off and replace them.
