Help answer this question below.

If an officer misspells your name on a traffic ticket can the ticket get thrown out in court. The officers capital "E" looks like a capital "G".

I live in Toronto Canada by the way.

    Because it 'looks' like a G doesn't mean it IS a G. So I think it could be disputed that it is mispelled...If the police can show that this is the normal way this officer does a capital E.
