Where can I buy insurance for my high-powered rocket? I am in the due diligence stage of an all-volunteer attempt to win the N-Prize. I can handle the FAA paperwork, but who sells rocket insurance?

    Geico doesn't insure rockets. I don't think.

It depends on what sort of insurance you're trying to buy - first party is likely very difficult but I think that liability for any damages the rocket might cause would be easier.

You might want to recruit a few agents to see what they can muster up.

All else fails, try Lloyds of London, they insure random things.
