I keep getting IM's with things like "jzvgrxcyowUkvkoqejidktherefepaqsjvzfibntjknpqyehkkngeuih What are they and what do they mean?

    Those are generally spam recon. What they are doing is sending out IMs to any IM account they can, and seeing if anyone replies. If you reply to it, they know it is an active account, and they can spam to you later. If you are using an IM program that has an email account associated with it, replying in any way shows them that they can send spam to that account as well. I only use yahoo currently, but they have a report spam option. Good luck!
