Help answer this question below.

Were you favored by either parent? If so, do you know why, and how has it affected your relationship with your siblings if you have any, as well as the other parent over time?

    I was clearly my mother's favorite, although she tried to not make a big deal of it. My father and I simply were very different from early on, and my mother and I were very similar. My siblings saw this, and one of them was favored by my father and the other as well.

    Over the years when they were both alive, my father might have resented my mother favoring me some, but he never said anything about it. I think frankly he was fine with not having to deal with me as much. And it was actually OK with me as well.
