If I do not take the green pills in my ortho tricyclen will I skip my period?

The green pills are nothing but "sugar pills" - they are just there to remind you to stay on track and take your pill everyday. If you have been taking the other colored pills as prescribed, you will still get your period regardless of whether or not you take the green pills.
