Dual Personality disorder is the appropriate term.

dual personality n. Multiple personality disorder involving two separate personalities

It is a quite different condition from schizophrenia.

Schizophrenia, which affects about one family in 25, is a brain disorder that is characterized by delusions, hallucinations and loss of touch with reality. It has nothing to do with multiple personality, which is one of the rarest of medical conditions.

The problem is more than one of semantics. To use ''disinterested'' for ''uninterested'' or ''enormity'' for ''huge size'' may be interesting grist for William Safire's mill, but to use ''schizophrenia'' for ''multiple personality'' is to becloud a word and a condition that are already too poorly understood. When a doctor diagnoses a person as schizophrenic, he or she most definitely does not mean multiple personality.
