Help answer this question below.

Can i legally move out of my parents' home at age 17 without their consent in the state of georgia?

    You would have to go to court and get an emancipation. To do that you would have to prove that you are mature enough to take care of yours and that you have enough money to support yourself. If you are already 17 it would probably be easier to just wait until you are 18 to leave. Unless of course your safety is at stake. If that is true than you need to either go to a police station or call the local abuse hotline. Just know that if you do this they will not allow you to live alone. They will put you in a shelter or foster home until you are 18.
