Help answer this question below.

I have a 1999 jeep cherokee sport it has 145,000 miles on it. Recently i ran out of gas and then two days later I began to lose power when I went up hills the next day the car would bog down when I accerated and if I let up onthe gas it would drive better

    when you run out of gas all the crap at the bottom of the tank gets sucked into the system,either the fuel filter is clogging up or your fuel injectors are getting clogged with the sediment that was at the bottom of the tank.
